Thoughts about Josh Flagg

Josh Flagg

According to TMZ, Beverly Hills real estate agent Josh Flagg, star of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing, was arrested for allegedly swiping high-priced art that was part of the estates he was handling. He has since been released on bail to the tune of $100,000. 1

He chose real estate over his family business of developing shopping centers, and within the first four years of his career, Flagg participated in four record sales. Known for pampering his clientele, Flagg will send chauffeured cars to his clients’ homes and send them up in helicopters to view properties. He even once wrapped an entire house in a big red bow before delivering the keys to the new owners. 2

There’s no such thing as a good time to get arrested, but some moments are worse than others. For example, most people probably wouldn’t want to be charged with a crime within a week of their reality TV debut. Just ask Josh Flagg, one of the stars of Million Dollar Listing’s second season. Flagg was recently arrested for stealing expensive works of art that he had been hired to sell. 3

Josh Flagg, one of the Million Dollar Listing fellows from Bravo’s reality show about realtors who fight and have problems, has been busted for big time thievery, reports TMZ. And it’s not related to inflated house prices (sorry to take away the obvious punchline). “Josh was arrested for allegedly stealing ridiculously expensive art that was part of the estates he was handling, including Picassos and Chagalls.” Uncoincidentally, the show’s premier is this Tuesday, August 5th. 4

Kids in America is a 2005 film. This film was directed by Josh Stolberg and written by Andrew Shaifer and Josh Stolberg. The film is motivated by genuine events. The movie is all about the teenagers, a cluster of high school children, who join up to fight with the principal against the unjustly harsh violation on their freedom of speech but in a peaceful manner. 5

Bravo is bringing back Million Dollar Listing for a second season this summer. The docu-series gives viewers an inside look at the most exclusive realtors in the Los Angeles area, a luxurious but dangerous place to work. Despite the soft market, these agents will stop at nothing to close million dollar deals in neighborhoods like Malibu, Beverly Hills and Hollywood. 6

Josh Flagg, Madison Hildebrand and Chad Rogers, L.A.’s up-and-coming realtors, are the stars of this season. Flagg is known to send clients up in helicopters to view properties and has wrapped a home in a big red bow for a pair of new owners. Hildebrand, touted as the “King of Malibu,” has sold over 80 million in real estate in the past two years. Rogers had his real estate license at the age of 18. 7

“Million Dollar Listing” follows the lives of three of Los Angeles’ hottest, young, and aggressive real estate magnates in the making as they make a fortune selling multi-million dollar properties in the most exclusive neighborhoods Hollywood, Malibu and Beverly Hills. The series follows some of the area’s top agents Josh Flagg, Madison Hildebrand and Chad Rogers over the course of nine months as their paths cross and they compete and expose the intense work that it takes to move the hottest listings in the City of Angels. Compared to the prior year’s Tuesday 9 p[.]m. time period average, Million Dollar Listing was up 191 percent among adults 18-49 and up 138 percent among total viewers in its first season. “Million Dollar Listing” is produced by World of Wonder for Bravo. Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato serve as executive producers. 9
